Ffyon Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Ffyon products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with all components included. We understand that you may need to briefly try your Ffyon lifting straps to confirm fit and function. Items that have been used repeatedly during workouts, show meaningful wear, chalk buildup, damage, alteration, or signs of misuse are not eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your product back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns or products that are no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact us and we will work with you to make it right. When the issue is our responsibility, Ffyon will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Ffyon or a defective or damaged product.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process an approved refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lifetime Warranty

Eligible Ffyon products may also be covered by our Lifetime Warranty. The Lifetime Warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and applies to qualifying product defects or failures according to the terms of the Ffyon Lifetime Warranty.

This warranty does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
