We believe Ffyon gear should be used hard, not kept on a shelf. That's why every pair of Ffyon Auto Snap™ Lifting Straps is backed by the Ffyon Lifetime Warranty.
If your straps fail, break, or wear out through normal intended training use to the point that they no longer function as intended, we'll stand behind them.
WHAT'S COVERED
The Ffyon Lifetime Warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Failure of the Auto Snap™ mechanism
• Stitching or material failure
• Normal training wear that causes the straps to no longer function as intended
HOW THE LIFETIME WARRANTY WORKS
Each original pair of eligible Ffyon Auto Snap™ Lifting Straps qualifies for one (1) replacement pair during the lifetime of the product.
Replacement products remain tied to the original purchase. Receiving a replacement does not restart the warranty or create an additional replacement allowance.
Approved replacement products are provided at no product charge. The customer is responsible for applicable shipping and handling costs for each replacement.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
• Lost or stolen products
• Intentional or deliberate damage
• Damage caused by misuse or use outside the product's intended purpose
• Improper care or storage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Fraudulent or abusive warranty claims
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Contact Ffyon with your original order number or other acceptable proof of purchase and clear photos or video showing the condition of the straps and the reason for your claim.
We may request additional information or evidence when reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.
Once approved, we'll arrange your replacement and provide instructions for paying the applicable shipping and handling charge.
WHO IS COVERED
The Ffyon Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser of an eligible product purchased directly from Ffyon or an authorized Ffyon seller. Proof of purchase may be required.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
